Ryan Hendricks, a United States Navy veteran, brings years of technical and security training experience to Carbon Black as the training manager. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in information technology—security, in addition to several security certifications, such as CISSP, CEH, and CASP, and trainer certifications. As a trainer, he has contributed to students achieving IT certifications from (ISC)2, EC-Council, Cisco, CompTIA, LPI, Microsoft, and Carbon Black.
Senior Technical Trainer
Deepak Mishra is an information technology professional with broad experience in the IT security domain which includes technical support, implementation, technical presales, and technical training. Deepak holds a bachelor’s degree in information technology from RGPV (Bhopal) M.P, India. He also holds network and security certifications, such as CCSE, CCSA, and CEH.
Masahiro Yamada is a technical trainer with varied experience in IT security. His experience includes research on cyber-attack methodologies, development of intrusion detection technologies, presenting academic papers in conferences, and forensic investigation. Prior to Carbon Black, he was an incident response consultant responding to several incidents related to advanced persistent threat groups and brings that front-line knowledge to the classroom.
Associate Technical Trainer
Trevor Allman, a United States Air Force veteran, is an associate technical trainer with a background in IT and security. He has attained GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC) and GIAC Incident Handler (GCIH) certifications.
Jimmy Colvin, a United States Army veteran, serves as a technical trainer for Carbon Black. He holds a Bachelor of Science in information technology and numerous technical certifications, including CHFI and CEH. He has spent the last several years delivering IT certification courses from Cisco, CompTIA, EC-Council, and LPI.
Brad Snizik has over 20 years of IT experience, including technical training, pre- and post-sales technical support, account systems engineering, and account project management. In the last year, he completed a Master of Professional Studies degree in information sciences—cybersecurity and information assurance.
Malcolm Grant, a United States Air Force veteran, serves as a technical trainer for Carbon Black. He graduated from Penn State and holds several certifications including CISSP and GCIH. Before joining Carbon Black, Malcolm worked as an Intelligence Analyst with a specialization in Computer Network Operations.
