technology from RGPV (Bhopal) M.P, India. He also holds network and security certifications, such as CCSE, CCSA, and CEH.
Sara Wood brings a diverse set of technical and interpersonal skills to Carbon Black as a technical trainer. She has two Bachelor of Science degrees—one in information technology and one in information security and forensics. Sara is a certified
intrusion analyst (GCIA) and brings her real-world experiences as a security analyst, IT consultant, application developer, and pentester to every class she teaches.
Masahiro Yamada is a technical trainer with varied experience in IT security. His experience includes research on cyber-attack methodologies, development of intrusion detection technologies, presenting academic papers in conferences, and forensic
investigation. Prior to Carbon Black, he was an incident response consultant responding to several incidents related to advanced persistent threat groups and brings that front-line knowledge to the classroom.

years delivering IT certification courses from Cisco, CompTIA, EC-Council, and LPI.
Brad Snizik has over 20 years of IT experience, including technical training, pre- and post-sales technical support, account systems engineering, and account project management. In the last year, he completed a Master of Professional Studies
degree in information sciences—cybersecurity and information assurance.
Malcolm Grant, a United States Air Force veteran, serves as a technical trainer for Carbon Black. He graduated from Penn State and holds several certifications including CISSP and GCIH. Before joining Carbon Black, Malcolm worked as an Intelligence Analyst with a specialization in Computer Network Operations.
